To all followers of my page: I want to apologize for inviting you all to this page and then disappearing after a few weeks! I have been dealing with long Covid and have not had the energy or capability to do much lately. I am now realizing this is going to be a long journey back to health, so sadly I have to put this page, my group, my videos, and my new business on hold for an undetermined period of time. Thank you all for supporting my page, and I will be back at some point!

I made a short video (less than 5 minutes) about why I think everyone should read The Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson.

This book was life changing for me!!

It was so helpful in my personal healing journey, as well as being a huge stepping stone on the path that led me to my career in energy healing.
