Beginning on Feb 12th, your tots new favorite play date will be at .flow pre-k yoga class in Troutdale, OR. Drop-in $19 per child and accompanying adult is FREE! Memberships also available! Fertility with diet and lifestyle? I gotchu. All the talk? Man, post partum STILL has me wobbling the walk while I talk the scientifically backed TALK! First hand, I am so thankful for the challenge of hormonal regulation NOW with zero sleep: like… Navy Seals do it and this Mother Truck has been doing it for twenty months! 🤪 God, I love the place You have prepared for my son, Holy Spirit, and YOUR GLORY!!!!!!!! There is a revolution rising in PDX, media won’t tell you that shizz. Now——life is back to GRIT. And I love it. I love a challenge. Grit on, Friends. Prayer hands UP! I am so excited to celebrate birthday this weekend with free classes, raffles, sales, and fun local vendors! Fun fact: these photos were taken when I was nearly 5 months pregnant—how blessed am I that my baby boy has a community that loved him before they even knew him?!
