For the last day, I have been trying to find the right way to say what my mind and soul want to say.
But to say it in a way that’s not accusatory and angry; but rather from a place of balance and rootedness.
This is a throw back pic from 2021.
Me, playing with a Halloween costume that I knew I wouldn’t use because Halloween party invites weren’t a thing for me. Or many of us based on our vaccine “status”.
At that time, we were navigating something new and unknown. A time that most of us can now reflect upon and agree perhaps in hindsight that we all experienced some collective trauma.
At work, patients would ask me if I was “safe”. And after 12 hours with them, I would come home and write exemption letters for those that felt differently. For my Christian patients, my Muslim patients, my RNs, my students etc.
FFWD to yesterday. To 2026.
The world had wanted to move on. That’s natural of course. We aren’t ready yet nor should we be.
For many, including physicians like myself we are reminded of these times every single day.
Every new patient is now a complex patient. They don’t come in with one thing wrong, but rather with everything wrong! And there are no easy answers anymore. Perhaps you’ve seen the changes in your beloved ones too.
There were physician brave enough and compassionate enough to treat patients during Covid; when IVM and HCQ were banned despite studies showing their efficacy. I applaud all of them! When Vit C, Nattokinase, bromelain, melatonin and all of the things in our apothecary were vilified, we still used and continue to use them in our long covid and vaccine injured.
And while I can spew hatred and blame, cite all of the wrong doings etc. that isn’t the point of my post. The internet will show your plenty of reasons to be enraged! And you should be!

But the deeper questions is for us all to question our sovereignty and autonomy. And how that was abandoned; either by coercion or by choice.
When I am now asked about my choice to not vaccinate the most common question that I now get is “how did you know?”
“I know like I know like I know” is what I said in 2020. I say the same thing now despite the obvious data.
I said it without reasonable need for explanation.
I said it because somethings defy explanation.
And even before the endless night of deep dives into the information that is now available to all; I knew and felt it as my truth.
So, that instinct, that intuition, that gut feeling; whatever you want to call it. That’s reason enough. And it required and requires NO justification.
So, as we move into whatever times are ahead, tune in and let that guide you.
There is no glory in saying “I told you so”. But there is deep peace in your connection to self and to source. To knowing your truth and to knowing your answer.
Even when the entire world tells you otherwise!
So let that inner compass begin to guide you. Or continue to guide you.
Slow down enough to listen.
It may seem silly and small in a world that wants to fast and distracted. And that’s precisely my point.
Your best medicine is you!
