EARLY MORNING SESSION WITH PEYTON THIS MORNING GOING OVER THE DETAILS OF PFN TEMPO.

This class is built differently.

TEMPO is focused on time under tension, proper mechanics, progressive overload, and full range of motion — the things that actually create long-term physique and performance changes.

Every rep has intent.

The cut served its purpose.
The wedding is over. The pictures are done.

Now it’s time to slowly reverse out, bring calories back up, recover, and start building real muscle the right way heading into summer.

No rushing. No dirty bulk.
Just controlled growth, hard lower body training, and a steady push until August before we make the next move.

Today’s lower body session was the start of the next phase. Let’s work. 💪

Upper body day and we pushed.

But this wasn’t built today.

This is 3 straight months of structure, discipline, and ex*****on.
Training with intent.
Nutrition dialed in — not “pretty good,” exact.
Consistency when motivation wasn’t there.

Here’s the truth most people don’t want to hear:

You don’t get in shape for a big event in 2–3 weeks.
You earn it months in advance with boring, consistent work.

Nina didn’t guess.
She followed the plan.
