Meet Joey, one of the industrial athletes at ARC Abrasives 👟🔥

Joey stays active on the job and carries that same energy into his life outside of work. During our Steps Challenge against another local business, he’s been putting up an impressive 20,000–35,000 steps a day!

His secret? Showing up and putting in the work, even on the days he doesn’t always feel like it. That consistency, grit, and commitment are what wellness is all about. Keep crushing it, Joey! 💪👏

Big congratulations to Joseph on an incredible milestone… 61 pounds lost since November 1st! 🎉💪

So how did he do it? Not through perfection, but through consistency and smart habits. Joseph found accountability with a workout buddy, tracked his food and macros, worked out on-site, and cut back on sugar. He still enjoyed some favorite treats in moderation, just kept them out of the house and made small swaps to healthier versions or brands of foods he already loved.

His journey is proof that lasting wellness is built through small, sustainable changes and showing up day after day. Way to go, Joseph! 👏🔥

Congratulations to Team Brooks for a great showing at the Sidney-Shelby Chamber Golf Classic, taking 5th place out of 50 teams! ⛳🏆

Tom, Les, Doug, and Maria represented strong and brought home some impressive accomplishments along the way. Tom earned the Closest to the Pin award, Maria qualified to be entered into the putting contest for cash, and Les took home the Longest Putt title! 👏

Beyond the scores, both Les and Doug have found success working with the Brooks coaches to improve mobility, flexibility, and strength for their golf game. Doug shared that he’s hitting the ball farther and better than he has in years!

Way to go, Team Brooks! Your hard work, teamwork, and commitment to wellness are paying off both on and off the course! 🎉💪
