Some things gets a little lighter when you realize you're not the only one. 💜

Join us for our Parenting Together support group. A four-session group for parents of neurodivergent children. This compassionate series is designed to help parents connect, learn, and gain practical tools to better support their child - and themselves.

Topics include coping with a diagnosis or school certification, navigating the IEP/504 process, parenting a neurodivergent child, and teaming with your child's school.

📅 Starts September 23 (then September 23, September 30, October 7, October 14)

Today is International Self-Care Day, and a quick reminder that self-care isn't always bubble baths and matcha lattes.

Real self-care is:
- Going to bed at a reasonable hour even when you don't want to.
- Saying no to a thing you don't have capacity for.
- Booking the appointment you've been putting off.
- Telling someone the truth about how you're actually doing.
