Update on Jensen Spa Service and Repair’s operations given the recent news on “shelter in place” in the state of California:

We have put much thought into how to proceed; such as not only abiding by the governor’s orders, but also respecting home owners and the social impact of continuing to work.

At this time, we have settled in the position that we are “essential” according to the language in the order. We are comfortable with this as our human interaction is very minimal and we are not a place of business bringing groups of people together. Continuing business for our family as well as keeping people safe is our highest priority at this time.

So, we will continue servicing and repairing until we are specifically asked not to. There may be more updates as this situation in our country is so very fluid at this time.

We will maintain social distancing practices as recommended by the CDC for the safety of us, you, and your home.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We pray that life will get back to normal quickly and that you and yours remain safe and healthy!
