Amazing week in Florida at the Upledger Institute, as a support Therapist for the PTSD Intensive. Solo early morning snorkels and beach walks, and 5 days full of witnessing 10 brave veterans allow some healing through love and Craniosacral therapy.

The Upledger Institute is celebrating 40 years of Craniosacral education! Amazing! I will be attending the annual Intensive therapy program next week to support in the therapy for 6-8 brave Veterans with PTSD. ❤️
