Blue Barre and Dance Fitness is a boutique fitness studio in Waltham, MA that offers group exercise classes for ages 16 and up. We specialize in Barre, a 60-minute low impact, high intensity, full body workout that combines ballet-based mo

vements, weight conditioning, core-focused exercises, and stretching. Choose from our basic, mixed level, intermediate/advanced, or barre plus cardio for a faster calorie burn. We also feature a variety of cardio exercises such as Zumba, Piloxing, DanceEnergy, Bolly-X and Surfset. Our brand new facility at 475 Winter Street in Waltham has 2 workout studios, luxurious locker rooms with showers and premium bath products. We have complimentary towel service. We also have for sale is our own line of grippy socks that is required for all barre classes and our signature burnout tank tops is suitable for all workouts. We aim to expand your knowledge and help you lead a healthy, balanced lifestyle. We also hope to teach you a new awareness of your body positioning and alignment and discover your own capability to push yourself to new limits. Our classes are designed to take you to your own level of fitness. Barre classes in combination with cardio dance exercises will help you increase your strength, flexibility and endurance.
