Did you know New York State has specific immunization requirements that change depending on your child's grade? 💉

It's not a one-and-done situation. New vaccines are required as kids move through school, and missing them can actually prevent your child from attending.

The big ones to know: Tdap is required starting in 6th grade, and the meningococcal vaccine kicks in at 7th grade and continues through high school.

Picky eating is one of the most common concerns we hear from families and the good news is, it's almost always completely normal.

Kids go through phases, have strong opinions about textures, and will sometimes survive on what feels like nothing.

We promise they're usually okay.

Hand, foot & mouth disease. The name alone is enough to send any parent into a spiral. 😅

Here's the truth: it's one of the most common illnesses we see in little ones, and while it's definitely uncomfortable, it almost always clears up on its own within a week or so.

The tricky part? It spreads FAST.

If your child is in daycare or around other kids, chances are you'll encounter this one at some point.

The move is to keep them comfortable, push fluids, and watch for signs that it's getting worse.
