Our Socially Active team is out spreading the word, one mailbox at a time. We're excited to bring a new day program to the community where older adults can connect, engage, socialize, and enjoy meaningful days in a welcoming environment.
We're getting closer to opening doors, and we can't wait to meet our future participants, families, and community partners! Something special is coming to town...and we're just getting started!💜

A New Look. The Same Heart.
We're excited to unveil the new Socially Active logo! 🎉 This new look represents our commitment to creating meaningful days filled with connection, engagement, and support for older adults.
But there's so much more to adult day care than a place to spend the day. 💜 Stay tuned as we share why day programs can be such an important part of healthy aging, family caregiving, and helping Seniors thrive at home.
