And let’s be clear… there is NOTHING wrong with being a lash tech 🩵

That’s where so many of us started.
It’s where I started (questioning my whole life🤣)

Being a lash tech means you’ve learned the skill of applying lashes. You’ve put in the hours, practiced the techniques, and learned how to create beautiful sets.

But there comes a point where you may realize…

I don’t just want to apply lashes.
I want to understand them.
I want to understand the WHY.
I want to create with intention!

That’s where the evolution from lash tech → lash designer begins ✨

It’s not about being “better” than another artist.
It’s about going deeper into your craft and learning to see the client as a whole, understanding their features, customizing your approach, and developing your own eye as an artist!

Lash techs are artists.
Lash designers are artists.

And there is always room to learn, grow, refine, and become more confident in the art you’ve chosen.

Sometimes your next level isn’t learning another technique…

It’s learning to see your work differently. AS ART!

Six years ago, I was the girl sitting there trying to figure it all out.

Trying to understand why my sets weren’t turning out the way I envisioned. Trying to hand make fans. Trying to cut down on my time. Trying to figure out what education was actually worth investing in.

Spending thousands of dollars and countless nights staying up til 2am learning, practicing, messing up, and starting over.

There were so many things I had to learn the hard way and on my own.

And honestly, there were so many moments I wished I had someone in my corner saying

“I’ve been where you are and I know it can be hard, but don’t give up.”

Yet everything worked out because now I get to be that person 🩵🥹

Every course I took.
Every dollar I invested.
Every late night practicing.
Every mistake.
Every breakthrough.
Every moment I questioned myself…

It all brought me here.

LWL Lash Academy was never meant to be just another place to learn how to do lashes.

I built it because I know what it feels like to be the girl who wants so badly to be good at something… but doesn’t know where to start.

And I want to change that for you.

I want to give you the knowledge I spent years and thousands of dollars, figuring out.

I want to teach you how to see the why behind the work, create with intention, trust your eye, and turn your artistry into something that feels uniquely yours!!!

My qualifications? Lashed With Loyalty was started by me, at just 17 years old. I quickly grew a passion for lashes, but also recognized that in order for my business to grow, I had to change my perspective of it entirely > entrepreneur mode activated ✅

If you’ve tried 7 different adhesives and still can’t find the one that helps your retention….its not the adhesive babe 🥲❌

Quick tip: As you’re placing the extension, peek your head from the side to see the exact angle that you’re attaching at! If the base is lifting, bring your wrist in towards you.

If only the tip of the extension is attached, relax your wrist away from you for a longer bonding point ✅



If you’re using D curl on the entire eye, you’re sacrificing a more complimenting set for your client 😬❌

Quick tip: Mixing curls can add a new level of dimension to your lash sets! You can mix curls by layer, or by transitioning towards the outer corner of the eye ✅



If you’re constantly switching between Cat eye, Doll eye and Open eye….🥱❌

Quick tip: Learn how to custom map every single client you have with our simplified custom mapping method! This will bring a whole new luxurious lash design feel to your appointments! And trust me…your clients WILL pay more and thank you for it 🤭✅

The hardest days are when you will learn the absolute most. And then come out on the other side better than ever before ✨

Special message to the expecting/new mommies: Just because your life looks a little different now, does not mean it will stay that way forever. Your baby deserves to see their mama chase her dreams while sitting right on your hip 🫶🏻 You got this mama 🩵
