Oh how time flies...
It's been a minute since I've posted. Lots of updates.
I've continued rebuilding Sunflower Synergy Massage and in February 2026 I signed a lease on my own massage space! I have been seeing primarily veteran patients and am loving it! Still seeing horse clients as well, loving that too. I also still practice occupational therapy in a home health setting and love the diversity it offers.
My path has not been linear, nor my healing. Practicing my 3 professions allowed me the time I needed to fully recover, in an extremely non-linear fashion. It's allowed me the time and flexibility to really learn my body and the messages it gives me. I've recovered well and am literally living my dream, on the way to my Big dream 🤗🐴

My next chapter has begun and I am creating a course specifically for Total Ankle Replacement patients to help them navigate the complex recovery this surgery brings. With my rehabilitation background, personal experience with ankle surgery, and now hands on massage experience, I bring all 3 lenses into this course. If you or someone you know is considering ankle replacement, please reach out. I have so much knowledge and experience and can help you and your recovery significantly.
