Patients bring me nerve pain research before I've even seen it myself.
That's normal now. People search before they sit down in my chair.
What I look for: a real trial behind it, and honesty about what's still unknown.
A peptide called ARA-290 is a good example. Early research, studied for the nerve tissue itself, not just pain relief.
It's still investigational and not FDA-approved — nowhere close to something I'd recommend yet.
Send this to someone who researches every treatment before their appointment — they'll want the name on their list.
