We had the best time bringing our Bear Canyon Lead Instructor, Mallory, to check out some of Lululemon’s newest arrivals! 😍

Can we talk about this color palette for a second? So on brand for Mallory and her love of all things brown 🤎

Comfy, flattering, and made to move in… these pieces are studio-approved and perfect for everything from teaching classes to everyday life.

The hardest part? Choosing just one favorite because Lululemon has SO many good things right now. 🫶

Introducing our 450-Hour Teacher Training Program at In Balance Pilates, designed to build confident, skilled, and purpose-driven Pilates instructors.

Weekend training begins January 2027, held Saturdays and Sundays from 1 PM to 7 PM.

A comprehensive blend of classical and contemporary Pilates principles, functional anatomy, client instruction, sequencing, hands-on teaching experience, and foundational business education. The program develops both technical mastery and teaching confidence for real-world studio environments.

Attendance is required for all sessions. Only 8 spots remaining.

Tuition is $4,500 with flexible payment plans available, including a $2,000 non-refundable deposit to secure your place.

Enrollment opens April–September 2027.
