Life happens — and canceling your appointment is just as easy as booking it 🤍

Massage by Yovonka is closed on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. On our closed days, we are not available for business calls, texts, scheduling questions, or appointment changes. Any messages received during that time will be returned during our regular business hours on Mondays and Thursday through Saturday.

That is exactly why we have our online booking system in place.

If you have an upcoming appointment and need to cancel or reschedule while we are closed, you do not need to wait for a response from us. You can manage your appointment online 24/7 directly from your phone or desktop browser — no app or phone call required.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

✨ Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment: No charge

✨ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the scheduled service price

✨ Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your appointment: 100% of the scheduled service price

✨ No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price, and two consecutive no-shows will result in a 30-day suspension of services

We completely understand that unexpected situations arise. If you need to cancel within 24 hours but choose to reschedule at the time of cancellation, your cancellation fee will be waived.

Some weekends at the studio are just extra special 🤍

This past Saturday, we had the chance to celebrate eight incredible women — moms, grandmas, caregivers, and women who spend so much of their time taking care of everyone else. And because they chose to spend the Saturday before Mother’s Day taking time for themselves, we wanted to surprise them with a little something extra. ✨

We purchased these from a local small business — owned by Rachel (“Ray”) — who creates beautiful self-care products made with natural ingredients sourced locally and even from her own garden. We grabbed a few of each Mother’s Day bundles to gift to our Saturday clients, and getting to see their reactions honestly made our whole day. 🫶

At , we truly love finding small ways to make our clients feel appreciated — whether it’s birthdays, holidays, or just because. Supporting local while helping someone feel cared for? That’s the kind of community we love being part of.

And now we’re already thinking ahead to Father’s Day 👀
