I will be taking part in the Flash sale at the Bans off Bash this Saturday at Hop Shop in the Metal (Arts) Village. Join us from 5-8 for drinks, arts, crafts, and like minded folks.

The rest of the crew will be on hand with their own designs.

Each design is limited quantity, first come, first served. I can’t do reservations on designs, you’ll need to be there in person to schedule the tattoo session. There is a minimum $40 suggested donation.

The space between realities ripped open, revealing a horror from fictions long passed.

I was asked to do a kraken nabbing an astronaut, in a whip shaded style. After hours of freehanding and multiple sessions of shading his entire leg with a 5 round liner (about the size of a pencil), Esai has a an epic piece to be proud of. 👏👏

How you care for your tattoo matters just as much as how I tattoo it. Proper care immediately following the session and continued skin care in the form of good hydration and minimizing sun exposure will mean all the difference for the longevity of your new artwork. Had a chance to do this interpretation of Watership Down. I admit, I haven't read or seen it, so I was flying entirely on the words of the client, but that might have let me be a little more free with the abstraction of the imagery. I always enjoy blending whip grey with bold colors.

New minis from released this month over on Tribes at MyMiniFactory. I really loved designing these figures, especially the geneticist. I got to design her pet, an amalgam of piranha and octopus. After 5 sessions and about 30 hours, Lolli has a beautiful new backpiece. We worked to find the right shape to fit her back, and used both traditional black and grey shading along with apple shading to create texture variance. Thanks, as always with trusting me with such a monumental piece.

My good friend Cynthia just became the owner of &Gallery here in Tucson and is having herself little party. I did this piece for her, and it will be offered as a limited edition giclee during the event. If you're in Tucson on Sarurday, stop by from 6 to 9 to see it, other works from local creators, and most of all congratulate Cynthia on her new venture. She's worked so hard over the years to attain this, and deserves every bit of praise we can wash down upon her.
