I did not realize till today how awesome Kan Herb Company is. They take a great deal of care to produce high quality chinese herbal formulas in the US. They use GMP standards and test for contaminants, as well as providing education for practitioners and advice for individuals who need assistance to find the correct formula for themselves. Furthermore, they have formulas for pets as well as people. I am not an affiliate...just like to take note of this gem that I found. They've been around for a long time...I just hadn't realized they were awesome.

It has been on my mind lately to post about the connection between physical health and mental and spiritual health.

As many know, there are instantaneous and "miraculous" healings that have been occuring since the dawn of human history, right up to the present. People with serious, life-threatening or "life-killing" illnesses (like CFS/ME and many cases of autism), suddenly recovering.

This is real, not a fantasy. And you don't have to meet Jesus for this to happen (though that might help and be really cool). What you have to do is dive deep into self-awareness and self-love, and make needed changes in your outer reality in order to see changes in your inner structure.

In my own case, I've known of this connection between physical and spiritual health for decades, and have striven to make the changes needed for a healing like this to happen for myself. However, it looked like it wasn't going to happen. Until recently.

The last several years for me have been spent in serious searching for the keys for this type of healing and now it is happening. I am dancing a jig over it.

Now, suffice it to say, that just because we need to deal with our issues on the mental/emotional/spiritual plane, as well as factors like what we do for a living, and our level of ethics as we conduct ourselves in the world, and all this sets the stage for that deeper , miraculous, complete healing, it does not negate the need to care for ourselves fully on the physical plane. We are after all, physical manifestations of our energetic/spiritual selves.

So, the best guidance I can give to others seeking this kind of deeper, more profound transformation, is dive into self-love like your life depends on it, seek truth even when it hurts like hell, and treat your body as a temple.

I believe that I will be doing hair mineral analysis on myself till my last days on this planet because this simple tool is a miracle in and of itself, for the insight it gives into body chemistry and the body's needs at that moment in time. And I suggest that anyone else who wants to fully recover their body, also use hair mineral analysis and judicious supplementation to provide for the body those nutrients so often lacking in the modern food supply.

My heart goes out to all of you struggling with illness...know that the answers will come if your search is diligent, and you are willing to do what it takes. I am happy to help with guidance in a "light" or more intense fashion, depending on your needs. Blessings to you all.

Researchers at Yale recently completed a study which will soon be published, in which they describe a "Post-Vaccination Syndrome" following Covid-19 vaccination. "This study is the largest to describe people who report a severe, debilitating chronic condition following covid-19 vaccination. This chronic condition began soon after covid-19 vaccination and persisted in many people for a year or more. The symptoms reported are diverse and severe. " There is a great diversity of symptoms reported, as evidenced by the chart shown here, extracted from the study. This is why we recommend testing every three months. The first test shows a low sodium:potassium ratio, whereas the second test shows a "good" (above 2.50) sodium:potassium ratio. These are addressed in "opposite" ways. In one case we give a supplement that helps raise the sodium relative to potassium and in the other we give zinc which tends to lower sodium and raise potassium. We are always aiming to normalize the sodium-potassium ratio which generally is considered to be the most important ratio on the test. This client begat to eliminate a lot of toxins, in part due to better/more targeted diet and in part due to the targeted supplements that allowed the body to release stored toxins. These toxins are likely a factor in thyroid dysfunction being experienced by this client. Arsenic can negatively impact the thyroid. The extraordinarily high selenium is somewhat of a mystery; possibly it could be a toxic form of selenium and that may be why the body is eliminating it.
