From Dental Assistant to Dental Consultant.
In 2006, I started my dental career as a dental assistant at a clinic serving underserved and underprivileged communities. Within one year, I became the Clinical Lead Assistant, a role I held for three years.
I was then offered an opportunity with our local Health Department, where I worked as a dental assistant while educating children in underserved communities about oral health and the importance of dental care. In 2012, I transitioned from the clinical side of dentistry into the front office—and I made it my mission to learn every side of the business. From insurance coordinator to regional manager for a DSO, I learned what it takes to make a dental practice work from the front desk, behind the scenes, financially, operationally, and most importantly, for the patients. After nearly 20 years in dentistry, I can honestly say that I was once the manager who needed help.
That experience taught me something that has stayed with me: handing your responsibilities over to a third party isn’t always the answer. Sometimes, what a practice really needs is someone who will come alongside the team, identify the problems, build systems, and help the people already in the office succeed.
I had a boss who invested in my growth, and that investment helped shape the professional I am today. That’s why I created Always Providing Dental Consulting. I don’t want to walk into your practice as an outsider and simply tell you what’s wrong. I want to find the problems, help implement solutions, invest in your team, and become part of the process.
Because when your team grows, your systems improve, and your practice runs better—everyone wins. 20 years of experience. One mission: Always Providing better solutions for your dental practice. Always Providing Dental Consulting
Find the problem. Fix the system. Build a stronger practice.
