Welcome our new therapist to the team, Jessica Gaddis!
There are some massages that leave you feeling relaxed, and others that leave you feeling genuinely cared for. My session with Jessica was both.
One of the first things I noticed was how easy it was to relax on her table. Jessica has a calm, compassionate presence that immediately puts you at ease. You never feel rushed, and throughout the session I could tell she was fully present and attentive to what my body needed.
As someone who appreciates quality deep tissue work, I was especially impressed by her ability to work into the muscles with confidence while keeping the pressure comfortable. She found that perfect balance—engaging the tissue enough to create meaningful release without making the massage feel overly intense. It's a skill that's harder to master than most people realize, and Jessica does it exceptionally well.
I also appreciated how thoroughly she worked through each area of the body. Rather than moving quickly from one muscle group to the next, she allowed herself the time to address areas of tension with care and purpose. The entire massage felt unhurried, thoughtful, and complete.
What I admire most about Jessica is that her technical ability is matched by genuine compassion. She creates an environment where clients can feel safe, comfortable, and truly listened to. Combined with her trauma-informed training and commitment to providing individualized care, it's easy to see why clients leave her sessions feeling both physically and emotionally restored.
If you're someone who enjoys therapeutic massage but doesn't want to feel like you have to "fight through the pain," I think you'll really appreciate Jessica's style. She has a wonderful ability to combine effective treatment with a calming, compassionate touch, making every session both productive and deeply relaxing.
