🤗 Sunday… Rest and Restore 💛

My heart is completely FULL after our successful Southwest Sound Healing open house at Wellness at 528 Hz!

Thank you to everyone who came, helped, shared their talents, and filled our space with love and good energy.
What a beautiful beginning! 😍🙏🏼☀️

Today, I’m taking a little of my own advice …
slow down, breathe deeply, and make room to rest.

You don’t have to earn a quiet moment.
Give yourself permission to receive one. 🌿

Coming Next we Host
Be in the Mountains Yoga and Solace Aesthetics Studio here at Wellness at 528hz

🧘‍♀️ Next Sunday, October 11, join us for our Yoga & Sound collaboration! Only 3 spots left after doubling size numbers!! 😉

And do not forget …
keep watching this page… we have a GIVEAWAY coming this week! 🤗 🎟️

With gratitude,
~Dawn ☀️🙏🏼❤️

Grand Rising !! 😮 😆

Pancake Pandemonium is starting a new adventure with catering style spreads, and I’m so grateful to be their premiere partner! 🥞

They’re providing the food for our October 2 open house and show at Wellness at 528 Hz.
I can’t wait to see what they create!

And let’s be honest…
I’m here for the snacks! 😂
