Morning!
It’s come to my attention that a woman is once again bashing my shop and me in Tullahoma Talk and some other group like it.
She came in a few months ago and got a piercing, it bleed when she left. Instead of coming back to us or calling she took straight to social media to voice her complaint and left us a 1 star review on Google. She claimed she would never be back in our shop.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion BUT I am also entitled to refuse service to that person in the future.
She walked back in our shop a couple days ago for another piercing and I called her out about it.
I didn’t raise my voice, I didn’t call her names or even curse. I simply let her k ow that instead of bashing us she could have at least let us help her with the issue. We are not doctors and we can’t scan body parts for blood vessels. We do look for obvious veins and check anatomy.
Now I’m the rude one for saying something and defending my shop and my piercer. I’m going to post the video. It’s hard to hear sorry for that.
