Great to be back at East Middle School helping these athletes build strength, explosiveness, confidence, and the tools they’ll carry onto the court this season.

Last week was full in the very best way.

Busy, meaningful, and a reminder that the effort behind the scenes is worth it when it brings people together.

One week ago, we were so grateful to host the Tullahoma Area Chamber of Commerce Coffee at FIT Beyond Therapy.

It was a great morning of conversation, connection, and community, and we loved having the opportunity to give our local business community a closer look at who we are, introduce our team, and share why FIT Beyond is more than just a gym.

Being involved in the local business community matters to us because strong businesses, strong relationships, and a strong community all support one another.

We’re grateful to be part of that bigger picture and thankful to everyone who spent the morning with us.

Still smiling about Saturday.

Beautiful weather, a great turnout, and so many people who came out to participate, volunteer, cheer us on, and support the 4th Annual FIT Beyond Color Run & 5K.

We had such a good morning, and we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who helped make it happen and for the support of Team P3 and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

What a morning for the 4th Annual FIT Beyond Color Run & 5K!

Nearly 120 participants registered for this year’s event, and we were so encouraged by the turnout, the energy, and the support from our community.

A huge thank you goes to the volunteers who helped make race morning run smoothly, and to the many sponsors and local businesses who stepped up to support the event. We truly could not do this without them.

We are also especially grateful for our continued partnership with Team P3. Over the years, that relationship has helped us see firsthand just how much this cause means to Paisley’s family, friends, and supporters. That personal connection brings an added sense of purpose to the Color Run and reminds us why supporting Team P3 and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital remains at the heart of this event.

The 4th Annual FIT Beyond Color Run & 5K is here!

We’re ready for a morning of movement, color, community, and a whole lot of fun, all while supporting Team P3 and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Our race begins at 7:30 AM at FIT Beyond Therapy.

A huge thank you to everyone joining us this morning, cheering us on, volunteering, sponsoring, and supporting this event in so many ways. We’re grateful to have this community behind us.

Your 2026 Color Run race route is ready.

The Greenway course is confirmed, and bridge construction will not affect Saturday’s race.

Take a look at the map before race morning so you know exactly where you’re headed.

A few reminders for today:
• You can check in anytime Friday during regular gym staff hours
• We’ll be out there as early as 6:00 AM Saturday getting set up
• If you haven’t registered yet, race-day registration will be available on site

We were so glad to host the Tullahoma Area Chamber of Commerce Chamber Coffee!

It’s always a good morning when our local business community can come together, connect, and learn more about the people and businesses that make Tullahoma special.

We loved having the opportunity to share more about FIT Beyond, introduce our team, and give everyone a closer look at why we’re more than just a gym.

We were also grateful to share more about this Saturday’s FIT Beyond Color Run 5k, with Krystle and Beth joining us to represent Team P3 and the heart behind why this race means so much each year.

Joining us Saturday for the 4th Annual FIT Beyond Color Run & 5K?
Here’s what you need to know!

FIT Beyond Therapy

Race Start
7:30 AM

All participants should complete the course by 9:00 AM.

Awards
9:30 AM
Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd male and female finishers.

Packet Pickup
Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00–7:15 AM

A few more notes:
• Park in the FIT Beyond Therapy parking lot
• One water station will be available on the course, so plan accordingly
• Strollers are welcome
• Furry friends are welcome
• There will be a rolling clock at the finish line, but no official chip timing
