Real training has a target.

At Fit Beyond Therapy, athlete development goes beyond random workouts. Every sprint, jump, lift, rep, and recovery period has a purpose.

Athletes are coached through the details that matter — posture, arm action, knee drive, shin angle, acceleration, explosiveness, and movement quality — so the work they do actually carries over to sport.

That development can happen in our Saturday Athlete Development classes or through one-on-one training with Jalen, depending on the athlete and their goals.

Just seven months post-ACL surgery, this athlete is moving with strength, control, and confidence.

Watching her train, it was almost hard to tell which knee had been repaired.

This class is open to anyone, and it is also a great added support for those participating in the Fit Beyond Challenge. It gives people one more way to stay active, build strength, and keep their momentum going during the week in a fun, supportive setting.
