Remember when people used to say strength training was only for athletes? Turns out, it's mostly for people who want to keep doing normal life without making sound effects every time they stand up.

🚨Business Update🚨

Someone has apparently decided that my business phone number would be a great place to sign up for random quote requests, service inquiries, and marketing calls. While I don’t know who is responsible, it has resulted in a significant increase in spam calls and messages.

To protect business communications and ensure clients can continue reaching me without interruption, I am setting up an additional business line.

My current business number, (918) 984-0144, will remain active through June 15, 2026. All current clients and patients will be contacted directly with the new number as soon as it is available.
