❗️ Got a couple girls wanting to start a class 6-7am, 5-6pm & 8-9pm. Needing just a couple more to make them official and start tomorrow ❗️

We will be training Monday - Friday. Near Admiral and Sheridan.

We hit the full body through the week focusing on growing the lower body and flattening abdominal area.

My clients range from 16 - 57 yrs old

Any level of fitness is welcome.

Kids are allowed.

We do monthly cash challenges to help stay motivated.

We have group chat where we share healthy food ideas and recipes.

I also have a few openings in my current classes 5-6am, 6-7pm & 7-8pm.

🗣️ OPEN DISCUSSION!

Summer is coming up! Kids will be out of school with not much to do. I want to start an mom/kids boot camp.

I’m thinking at least 3 times a week Monday , Wednesday , Friday. Location will vary. But mostly likely at a park. Depending on how many assist each boot camp.

60 or 90 min long sessions also depending on camp size.

Been thinking about doing a HIIT workout Mondays. Full body workout (with weights) Wednesday and a Fun activity Fridays. Fridays will be something everyone can participate in, while keeping it competitive 💪🏽

-Also I’ve been told to advise people that my classes are in deed difficult, but they’re not dangerous & they do bring results. 😉
