For those of you who may not know, I got certified last year to be a mindset and breathwork coach. I also got certified in Reiki as well. Specializing in helping women over come anxiety. As someone who has had anxiety my entire life I am excited to be able to help others cope, manage and heal from anxiety, overwhelm and burnout.
Tomorrow I am hosting a live on my IG discussing complex trauma with my friend Corrine, and we will also discuss how it affects the nervous system. If you can make it, we will be live at 2pm tomorrow.
