The future of medicine is most assuredly energy healing. I am coming across so many practitioners now that are speaking more confidently about energetic surgeries despite the risk of not being taken seriously.

This is a very fascinating type of healing that everyone will do slightly differently, but essentially, we can see what the issues are beneath the surface of the skin and have a spiritual knowing as to what to do with our hands and what to visualize happening. There are now plenty of documents proving the work of visualization, reiki, speaking the intention, and how it “somehow” works to shift the body. Quantum healing is becoming a much more popular and studied term. This type of energetic alignment I have seen in my own practice and heard from others, is greatly effective for pain among other issues.

We are lightyears behind other eastern and ancient medicine practices, but it is an exciting time to be in energy medicine!

I am always confirming that what I do is what I am suppose to be doing when after every session I feel so good. I feel light, clear and grounded, in purpose, and have so much gratitude to witness people in grief, vulnerability, confusion, pain. I am so honored and love what I do.

It happens in the energetic field first.

Last week, I had some “ ‘tude “, as rob calls it. So when my back had a spot that was stuck and wouldn’t allow me to turn freely for days, I knew it was from those couple days before. Sure enough, meridians were messed up and I was holding emotions like stubbornness, self abuse(negative self talk here) and grief(grief often masks anger). Within a few hours of clearing these things, I felt the pain finally lift. I had asked my body to clear whatever it was causing the pain, but it wasn’t until I sat down to specifically look and consciously see what emotions I had had that caused this imbalance to show up as pain and slow me down, that my body said, “ok, she heard the message now and rewired. We can let go.”

Yesterday I made a rookie mistake. I went to an outdoor market not having checked in with my energy and being intentional to protect myself. When we pulled up I noticed I felt a little nausea and brushed it off as something just to watch. Well we stayed a whole 10 minutes and all of it was horrible. I went from a 2 in discomfort level to 13. The crowd, the music, the smells…were immediately overwhelming and we rushed out as I fought a panic attack. This is what it feels like to be sensitive to energy, specifically in crowds. I was consciously and subconsciously processing way more information than my nervous system could handle, largely because I was not taking the care of myself I needed before I showed up.

I will remind you, like I remind myself. You are not too much. You are not a burden. You are not weird. You are not making it up. You were built for a world that is slower, more gentle, quieter, kinder.

I am seeing “the vid” make its rounds again and be debilitating to energy levels. Clearing the viral energy, chakras, and meridians can specifically be a big help to recovering faster. Stay well!

Strangely, or not so strangely, ticks are emerging in large numbers. If you are bit by a tick, send me a message asap and I will clear the bacteria and hopefully any dis ease possibly deposited, with body code, for whatever donation amount you choose. I know of a naturopathic Dr. trained in treating alpha gal and Lyme, but hopefully it does not get that far. I will just leave this here.

DIY Tick Repellent Spray Formulation
Combine these in a 4-ounce spray bottle for a natural repellent:
20 drops Geranium Oil
14 drops Lemon Eucalyptus Oil
7 drops Lemongrass Oil
7 drops Citronella Oil
1/2 tsp Liquid Castile Soap (emulsifier)
1/4 cup Witch Hazel or Vodka (optional, acts as a dispersant)
1/4 cup Purified Water
