🚨 We’re Hiring: Nurse Practitioner – Wound Care (In-Office Position) 🚨

Paradigm Wound Specialists is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding clinical team.

This is an in-office position focused on wound care, chronic disease support, telehealth oversight, remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM), and coordinated patient care. We’re looking for someone who enjoys both patient interaction and helping build efficient systems that improve outcomes.

What you'll do:

✔ Evaluate and manage wound care patients

✔ Support telehealth and RTM workflows

✔ Coordinate care and treatment planning

✔ Educate patients and caregivers

✔ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams

✔ Utilize technology and innovation to improve patient outcomes

What we're looking for:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Team-oriented mindset

• Self-motivated and organized professional

• Wound care experience preferred
