I’m offering a new workshop next month at Cocreative Healthworks that I think a lot of couples could benefit from, especially those dealing with stress, sleep issues, or tension from busy schedules.
It’s called:
Connection Through Touch: Simple Partner Techniques for Stress Relief
This is a small, guided class where couples learn a few safe, practical hands-on techniques (inspired by craniosacral therapy principles) they can use at home to help each other:
• calm the nervous system
• reduce neck and shoulder tension
• support better sleep
• unwind after long workdays
• feel more connected
Recently, one of my clients tracked 7½ hours of restorative time after a single session, compared to her usual 1 hour. That’s the kind of nervous system shift these techniques are designed to support.
