CNHP stands for Certified Natural Health Professional, I have a Bachelors degree in Holistic Nutrition and currently pursuing a Naturopathic Doctor Degree. I hold certification as a biofeedback technician and I am currently working towards an Aromatherapy Certification. When I was in my early 30's I noticed a marked decrease in energy and general well being and stumbled into the world of Natural H

ealth and Alternative Medicines. When I started practicing what I was learning I started to feel better and continued learning and discovering that the more I learn the more I need to learn. Since 2012 I have added the use of Essential Oils into my arsenal of tools, by diffusing, applying directly or ingesting essential oils I have found that it is a powerful weapon for maintaining exceptional emotional, spiritual and physical health
