Debra Smiley Adams brings steadiness and intention to her Saturday Gentle Yoga class.
Her focus is on core strength, stability, and balance, the kind of foundations that support everything else we do. With an Iyengar influence and a background in dance and gymnastics, she pays close attention to alignment and placement so students can build safely and confidently over time.
Gentle Yoga meets in the non heated room, offering a calm, supportive space for those who prefer a slower pace. It is thoughtful, precise, and designed to help you grow stronger in a way that feels sustainable.
