Indian Health Care Resource Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, offers a full range of health and wellness services tailored to the Indian community. Services include: Medical, Optometry, Dental, Pharmacy, Transportation, Behavioral Health, Health Education and Wellness, Substance Abuse Treatment and Prevention, and Youth Programs. Vision: We will be the recognized leader in redefining primary healthcare for the American Indian. Health Promotion Goal: To improve the general health status and reduce the incidence and severity of chronic disease by engaging the Indian community in ongoing health promotion, prevention, and disease management activities.

Today, we celebrated our Dance of the Two Moons staff volunteers with sweet treats and the first look at next year's theme: Masquerade!

You could be the person who makes a difference when someone needs it most!

Join IHCRC for QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Gatekeeper training and learn practical skills to recognize the warning signs of su***de and know what to say when you see them. This free training is open to community members, and no professional experience is required.

Multiple Dates Available:
September 28 | 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
October 27 | 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Join IHCRC on September 22 for a butterfly release in honor of the resiliency of survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, child maltreatment, and human trafficking. A butterfly's journey isn't so different from a survivor's. Both are rooted in transformation, resilience, and hope.

NEW BLOG: August is a month of milestones at Indian Health Care Resource Center of Tulsa. As IHCRC celebrates 50 years of serving the American Indian community, another important anniversary is also worth recognizing, 10 years of Running Strong.

What began a decade ago with support from the Nike N7 Foundation has grown into a thriving run club that brings Native people of all ages together through movement, encouragement and community. Running Strong started with just a few participants and, over the years, has grown to include more than 70 members at a time...
