I use the skills that I learned in both western medical science as a licensed physical therapist assistant for over 10 years as well as the skills I learned while healing from the after effects of military wartime service. Beloveds,

Love you all, thanks for making this massage practice work. I would not be able to do what I am meant to do, if you did not make the choice to come and support us. I have a goal of the amount of hours I want to do massage per month and you all have helped me consistently achieve it.

Who is up for a spring detox/cleanse? I have learned through ayurveda that a reset is a great idea during the spring and fall equinox. I plan on doing a 5-7 day fast/cleanse while keeping my massage practice running. I will skip the water fasting this season.

I have shared Human design with many of you and would love to continue to guide you all into this information that is new to me, but not new to the world. If you are curious, reach out and lets talk about it. I have learned that I am here to guide 1 on 1, but I need to wait for invitation, even though sometimes I can want to jump in and help before asked.
