Chelsea and Tunbridge vaccination and cholesterol screening clinics!

If you want any vaccination other than flu or Covid Moderna or Pfizer Or if you are under the age of 18 you have to pre register so the pharmacist can bring the right doses. He will not bring extra of the specialty vaccinations unless requested.

If online registration isn't possible, a paper registration form is attached. Please ensure that both sides are completed, and that the second page includes either a signed consent or documented verbal consent. Completed forms should be faxed to 978-356-7173 by Wednesday, September 23rd for Chelsea Thursday October 15th for Tunbridge.

Anyone could help a lower income elderly client in Tunbridge who fridge/freezer just died yesterday. They just went grocery shopping on Friday too. Affordable Local repair people can’t get to see them till next week. Maybe someone could look at it or has an old fridge to donate or affordable. I will try cover store tomorrow.
