You don't have to choose between getting stronger and slowing down.

That's why Sara and I created Sweat + Stretch.

For 75 minutes, you'll get the best of both worlds from two instructors who are experts in what they do.

Sara leads the first portion with strength training, bodyweight exercises, and cardio intervals designed to build strength, boost endurance, and get your heart pumping.

Then I'll guide you through full-body stretching and mobility work to help improve flexibility, recovery, and overall movement.

You'll leave feeling strong, energized, mobile, and empowered.

The first three Evening Tea, Yoga + Soak nights filled really quickly 🤍
After hosting them, I honestly understand why.

There’s something really special about slowing down outside with other women… tea on yoga mats, gentle movement, hot tub soaking, delicious treats, laughter, and leaving softer than when you arrived.

What surprised me most is that it didn’t feel like a class. It felt like women exhaling together.

Thank you to every woman who came, brought a friend, stayed after to chat, soaked, rested, laughed, and helped make these evenings feel so warm and welcoming.

More small-group Evening Tea, Yoga + Soak nights will be coming sometime in June 🤍
I’ll continue keeping them very small with just 4-6 spots available each evening so they stay cozy and personal.

If you’d like first notice when June dates are released, send me a DM with the word “SOAK”.

Thank you to all the amazing women who joined me for this season’s Slow Strength Series.

What started as a simple idea to gather for tea, movement, and connection became such a beautiful part of my week. I loved watching women come in carrying the weight of the day and slowly soften into the space, into their bodies, and into community.

One student shared:
“I loved the tea time check in before the yoga. It’s so nice to check in with other women.”

That meant so much to hear because that circle time became one of my favorite parts too.

I’ll be bringing back the Slow Strength Series this fall.

This class focuses on gentle core strength, mobility, posture, balance, and nervous system support for caregivers, helpers, healthcare workers, moms, and anyone who gives a lot to kids.

Kids ages 0–5 are welcome to come hang out while you take class 🤍

Big moment for me 🤍

After a year+ of training and hands-on experience, I’m officially stepping into teaching Reformer Pilates at Anew Vibe Studio in Copperopolis.

Beginning/Intermediate

This didn’t happen overnigh. This is the result of consistency, learning, and really committing to becoming a better teacher.

I’m incredibly grateful to be part of a studio that supports growth in such a real way.

it’s people learning how to support themselves differently.
Slowing down.

Intentionally building strength in a way that actually feels good in their body.

And that’s where things start to shift.

Not overnight.

Not perfectly.

But in a way that lasts.
