For 75 minutes, you'll get the best of both worlds from two instructors who are experts in what they do.
Sara leads the first portion with strength training, bodyweight exercises, and cardio intervals designed to build strength, boost endurance, and get your heart pumping.
Then I'll guide you through full-body stretching and mobility work to help improve flexibility, recovery, and overall movement.
You'll leave feeling strong, energized, mobile, and empowered.
