Thursday lunch at midtown plaza across from the Tupelo middle school baseball field starting at 11.
We sold out much earlier than I thought, doubled up proteins from Tuesday, and thank everyone for that. So for tomorrow the amount of food, I’ll have 30 rack of ribs and increasing the brisket and butts.
Our speed increased with the changes and I believe with each outing this will only continue to improve.
