Letter to the community:
Recent office closure.

It has been brought to our attention that a long standing hearing clinic in the Memphis/Jackson, TN area has closed suddenly and unexpectedly. We have received phone calls from many confused patients and loved ones asking if we can service hearing aids that were not purchased at our clinic. The answer is (in most cases) YES.

We recognize that navigating a sudden change in your hearing healthcare can be unsettling, and we are sorry you have been left without access to your provider. Please know that you are welcome at our practice! We have proudly served this community for over forty years, and our experienced team of Doctors is fully equipped to provide exceptional care for all major brands of hearing technology. While we cannot offer all services for free, we operate on a standard fee schedule and are committed to ensuring you continue to receive professional, uninterrupted support for your hearing needs. Please reach out to our office to schedule your next visit.

Memphis Hearing Aid has been here since 1984 and we are not going anywhere! Trust us with your hearing needs.

Yours in hearing health,

We wanted to take a moment to congratulate Stephanie on her upcoming retirement! For the last 15 years, Stephanie has been the first person that patients see when they come to our Germantown location, and a friendly voice on the phone for many of our outlying offices! If you've met Stephanie, you know she's full of love, laughter, and a joy that's contagious! She will be greatly missed by everyone that knows her and we wish her the best as she begins this new chapter in her life!

You have until this Wednesday, July 15th, to show her love and appreciation for all she does at Memphis Hearing Aid!
