I heard skinny culture is trending again...

Meanwhile, I'm over here focused on something completely different.

Strength.

Because women entering their 50s, 60s, and 70s without enough muscle mass to support healthy aging? No thanks.

At 40, my goal isn't to become smaller.
My goal is to become stronger.
Stronger for the adventures I still want to take.
Stronger for the boys I'm raising.
Stronger for the calling God has placed on my life.
Stronger for the decades ahead.

That's why you'll find me prioritizing protein, lifting weights, walking daily, getting my steps in, and focusing on habits that support long-term health

I'm not interested in quick fixes.

I'm interested in building a body that supports the life I want to live.

One thing I've added to support those goals has been a wellness routine that helps with recovery, energy, muscle support, and consistency. Not instead of the basics...but alongside them.

Because healthy aging isn't built in a week.
It's built in the small choices we make every day.

If you're in a season where you're focused on getting stronger, not just smaller, I think we're going to get along just fine 😉

The world tells us to perform.

But God asks us to be honest and come to Him weary, heavy, burdened, and yes, even when we think we “don’t have time”. 🤍

You don’t have to have it all together all the time.
You don’t have to keep proving yourself.
And you definitely don’t have to hide behind perfection.

This conversation was SUCH a good reminder that freedom comes from living intentionally with Christ! 🫶🏻
