As the owner of Echoasis, I have been on a personal mission to bring vibroacoustic therapy awareness to mental health facilities with outreach sessions, advocating for its place in modern wellness. Yet, introducing frequency based therapy to traditional mental health providers has come with its challenges. While clinicians readily understand the nervous system, it is difficult to explain in words how a table emitting sound frequencies can catalyze deeply profound, non-linear experiences like childhood memory recall, transcendence, or even astral projection.

I didn’t see those challenges as where we needed to stop, rather it made me realize that we needed an approach that fosters this collaborative process. There is often a gap between clinical science and spiritual breakthrough and that is exactly where our therapist Rebecca steps in.

Rebecca acts as the bridge. During her immersive 90+ minute sessions, she masterfully ties the physiological benefits of VAT with the psychological and spiritual processing required to make sense of it all. Because healing isn't linear, up to 30 minutes of frequency therapy is woven fluidly into the session exactly when it is needed whether that is at the beginning to quiet a hyper-vigilant nervous system, or halfway through to help a client process a heavy emotional release.
