We are a not-for-profit facility owned by the Miller County Nursing Home District, which has a 6-member Board of Directors who manage and operate the facility.

Our guiding principle is to provide outstanding and professional healthcare in a loving, home-like atmosphere in a rural setting. We are known for excellence in providing the highest standard of quality care to our residents.

💜 THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS! 💜

What a wonderful day! We want to thank everyone who joined us for the Open House of our new Hospice Unit at Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center. Seeing our community, families, friends, and supporters come together to celebrate this special addition meant so much to us.

We also want to give an extra special THANK YOU to our amazing staff who helped make this vision a reality. From the planning and preparation to decorating, organizing, cleaning, and all the little details in between so many hands and hearts went into making this unit a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming space. We truly could not have done it without you! 💜🌿

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible and to everyone who came out to celebrate with us today. We are so grateful to be surrounded by such a caring community.

Our residents love getting creative, and these supplies will bring so much fun, laughter, and creativity to our activity room. Donations like this help us continue providing meaningful activities that our residents truly enjoy.
