I have struggled with my mental health in the past, and when it was the worse, my thoughts were completely self consuming. When I started a neuro training center called Whole Brain Power, I still struggled in the beginning because I was not healed but had hope. The more I desired to share with others what was healing me, the less I was self absorbed in my thoughts and eventually I was free. I became ultra self aware and conscious of my being. I realized I had complete control of my happiness and that led me to changing me completely into someone I loved being around and also loved to share regardless of people’s opinions or thoughts about me. When you hold love and let go of anger you automatically will desire to share that with others. It’s as if you know that you’re not the only one who is having the same issues.

Money is a tool to do good, not for self indulgence! Sure, having nice things is nice, but to what extent? I faith we will learn to live our lives on the daily, not wait for retirement! Make what you do enjoyable, turn the suck into a great time. An attitude of gratitude will lead the way. God loves you and so do I.

I tell everyone to adopt a dog or get one, because it is the easiest way to learn unconditional love. Once learned, you can’t unlearn it. They will keep you honest with yourself and always encourage you to be your best self! Let’s go for a walk Dad!
