💪 The Biggest Weight Loss Mistake I See

With medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide becoming more popular, many people are losing weight—but not always in the healthiest way.

The goal shouldn't be to simply lose weight.

The goal should be to lose fat while preserving muscle.

Why?

Because muscle is one of the keys to:

✅ A healthy metabolism
