We pride ourselves on a hands on management approach. Our first location in Twentynine Palms boasts over 25,000 square feet of workout space and is stocked with top of the line pre-released machines by fitness equipment giant, Precor. Our facility features state-of-the-art equipment and a cardio area including a TRX suspension and a group aerobic room. Spin, yoga, and Zumba classes are included at

no additional charge to members. The luxury locker rooms include steam and sauna rooms. We will work hard to provide the best workout experience, the Total Fitness Experience!

Hey Total Fitness 29 Family🤩 I teach SuperCircuit at 8am tomorrow,followed by Pilates Plus at 9am, and Rollology at 10am!!

But just for fun... enjoy a personal training snip it with my client Raveena .
.. she does it all ! You will find her in classes AND on the weight room floor with me .... uh and up the wall !?!!!?

So fun ! YOU can catch that laugh and fun vibe during any class AND personal training with a NO ONE SIZE fits all approach... if you are willing to discover it within yourself --Raveena does every time --no matter the challenge !!
