Finally that time! Sumer Performance Training kicks off next week! It will be a summer full of improvement.

First day we will get going with performance testing and after that we will dive into training!

Afternoon group starts on Tuesday 5/26/2026 at 5:00 pm!
Morning group will start on Wednesday 5/27/2026 at 7:00 am!

PR Friday! Congrats to our circuit training class who all crushed their deadlift maxes today!

Melissa: 200 lbs (Big Milestone)
Eric: 365 lbs (Finally crushed this weight, with room in the tank!)
Mike: 245 lbs (Joined us again 6 weeks ago and improved greatly!)
