✨✨ This week will be my last time teaching the Thursday evening Yin/Restore class at Gemstone (for now). Starting next week (10/16), the amazing Tiffany will be stepping in!

It’s been an honor and a joy to practice with you all these past several years. This isn’t goodbye- I’ll still be around, taking classes, subbing, and teaching privately. And when my schedule opens up again, I may be back on a regular teaching schedule!✨✨

I’ll be taking a break from teaching my Thursday night Yin/Restorative class after October. Our last session together will be October 30th.

I’ll still be subbing and offering private sessions, but this will wrap up my regular Thursday evening teaching for now. 💜

We'll flow through side stretches, gentle twists, and deep restorative poses to stoke your inner strength.
Explore breathwork and meditation to energize and balance your energy.

✨ Continuing the Journey:
Previously, we grounded with the Root Chakra (safety) and awakened creativity in the Sacral Chakra (freedom to feel). This week, we connect these energies into action and transformation.

💛 Next Week: We’ll open the Heart Chakra, transforming confidence into love and compassion.

Last week we worked with our 🔴root chakra, which keeps us feeling grounded, safe and secure. Tonight, we will move up into the 🟠sacral chakra, which is our emotional center. Through it, we are able to enjoy the flow of life, embrace change, be creative, and experience pleasure.
