I’m McKinsey — the face behind REBEL WINX. Established 02/2026 🖤🍒

I’ve built REBEL WINX around everything I love: bold, feminine, a little edgy, and just the right amount of luxury. I’m definitely not a “one-size-fits-all” lash artist. I love creating customized lash looks that actually fit the person sitting in my chair — their features, personality, lifestyle, and the vibe they’re going for.

I’m a little obsessive about the details (in the best way 😂). I love clean work, intentional styling, and making sure every set feels like them.

Outside of lashes, I’m literally just a girl, independent, loyal-as-they-come kind of person. I care about the people I work with, the environment I’m in, and the energy we create together. I’m big on professionalism, communication, supporting other artists, and being the kind of person people actually enjoy having around.

And then there’s my favorite title: Mama. 🖤

I’m a mom to my 12-year-old son, who has Down syndrome. Being his mom is easily one of the most meaningful parts of my life. He’s taught me more about patience, strength, compassion, and looking at the world differently than anything else ever could. Life is busy — like really busy sometimes — but I wouldn’t trade it.

I’m also someone who is always learning. I want to keep sharpening my skills, trying new things, expanding my services, growing my clientele, and building something that lasts. I’m not looking for a place where I simply clock in, do lashes, and go home. I want to grow, build genuine relationships, contribute to the team, and continue becoming the artist and businesswoman I know I can be. I’m very thankful to be apart of the KML family here at KML Studios.

At the end of the day, I’m passionate about beauty, creativity, family, and making women feel confident as hell.

I’m proud of what I’ve built with REBEL WINX so far — and honestly, I feel like I’m just getting started🍒🖤
