Colorado was her most relaxed massage expeirence and I was able to create that portal for her to re-experience the magic of true relaxation!

Her favorite part was the storm in the background while she was in Colorado.

Here she got to experience calming the relaxing rain from the white noise machine, the calming music, the cooling cotton bedding, and I was in the zone with my flow. It all came together to remind her what it was like to be that calm and relaxed!

Grateful to love what I do

On this path I learned that I was born to be healer. To be a safe space and help those around me find peace and relief.

To think of an existence where I didn’t find this career path mades me sad. I get to live a peaceful life that continues to help ease and heal my own anxiety.

It’s not just about massage. Yes, massage is wonderful and great on the table but… this practice has changed the way that I show up in every other aspect of my life.

It’s a continuous reminder to slow down, to take the time to respond mindfully instead of reacting hastily.

I hope this post reminds you to find some ease and to slow down today. In small waves, eventually it will make a greater impact. Even changing our chemistry from within.
