Don't feel bad about calling early Sunday to make sure we're open... You see, there's a repo company in Waco that's also called Rapid Recovery, and because our Google ranking is so high we get tons of 3 a.m. calls where someone screams "I made my payment!!"

They curse until we tell them we aren't THAT Rapid Recovery, and then they hang up on us. Almost every night. So, you're good to call at 7:45. 🤦🏻‍♂️

To our competitors (because I know you watch us - 😛), I've just heard from two suppliers that they've been selling petroleum-based goods (tubing, syringes, etc.) out of warehouse stock and will dramatically increase prices in the 4th quarter when they replenish. If you don't want to face a cash problem or have to raise prices, stock up now.

If I go to Hell anyway I'm definitely protesting the call.

We don't judge you for making mistakes. Hell, I myself sat in my usual seat at The Oyster Bar & Grille Sunday and ordered "queso with cheese". It happens. We'll help without making you feel like a dunce. 🤣

This is not a joke. We've recently seen places that are COFFEE SHOPS and bakeries and so forth, that are now giving IVs.

They may be wonderful people, but an IV is a serious medical procedure. It isn't a beverage, a cool trend, or an interesting new snack. Someone is infusing substances directly into your bloodstream, and it should be treated as such.

We have a fancy coffee pod machine with great coffee, but we don't go around telling people we're baristas.

If you aren't getting your IVs at Rapid Recovery, at the very least please make sure to do your research and go somewhere that has strict infection prevention protocols, registered nurses, and can alter your infusion in accordance with your medical needs. You can get your coffee later.
