Eat fresh garlic!!! I eat 3 raw cloves a day or one roasted head a day. Cut the top off oil the top and bake at 400 for 10 minutes. When it cools you can squeeze it all out. You may have Herxhiemer reaction die to parasitic die off, this is normal. Plan for 3-4 days of flu like symptoms. Get plenty of rest and water.
