⚠️ TEXAS REGULATION UPDATE⚠️

We want to make our community aware that a lawsuit has officially been filed challenging the Texas Department of State Health Services’ recent h**p regulations. Green Nation, along with the Texas H**p Constitutional Alliance, is a named plaintiff in this action seeking to stop the enforcement of these new rules and have them declared unlawful.

The lawsuit was filed by attorney Jerad Najvar of Houston, who stated:
“From a legal standpoint, this is not a h**p case, it’s a case about the constitutional structure of our government. After the Legislature failed to reach consensus, bureaucrats in the Executive branch anointed themselves to cherry-pick pieces of rejected bills to enforce unilaterally and practically overnight. DSHS’s new rules exceed the agency’s authority and are unenforceable.

My clients are registered, responsible businesses that serve a legitimate need for many Texans. DSHS’s new rules take a sledgehammer to a problem that requires a scalpel.”

Texas regulators have scheduled new rules to take effect on March 31, 2026. If implemented as written, these rules will end the sale of flower and concentrates across the state. That makes TODAY, Monday, March 30th, potentially the FINAL DAY to purchase these products.

⚠️ Legal Action Taken + 25% Off Storewide ⚠️

We’ve taken action. We have officially retained a federal attorney and are preparing to file a legal challenge this week in an effort to block the ruling before the March 31st deadline. We expect to have more clarity by Thursday or Friday and will keep you updated as soon as we know more.

If you missed our previous updates, due to regulatory changes scheduled for March 31st, certain products — including flower and concentrates — may no longer be available for sale after March 30th. This could potentially be the final week these products are available.

We are already seeing increased demand, and inventory is moving quickly. We are packaging as quickly as possible to keep up with demand, with fresh drops and restocks expected throughout the week.
