Many of you have reached out with questions about the recent changes affecting h**p in Texas, and we wanted you to hear directly from us.
Beginning Saturday, the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) is expected to begin enforcing its reinstated definitions following the Texas Supreme Court's decision in the Sky Marketing case. As a result, products such as Delta-8, Delta-10, and other h**p-derived products are expected to be affected.
We know many of you are concerned about the future of flower in Texas. Please know that Green Nation, the Texas H**p Constitutional Alliance, and our legal team are working diligently to pursue every available legal avenue toward a resolution and greater clarity for Texas businesses and consumers. Our legal challenge seeks to address several important regulatory issues affecting the Texas h**p industry, and while we are not yet prepared to discuss our legal arguments in detail, we remain optimistic about the path ahead and are committed to keeping you informed as developments unfold.
Today at 3:30 PM, Green Nation and the Texas H**p Constitutional Alliance will host an industry meeting bringing together h**p businesses and industry professionals from across Texas to discuss the recent developments, answer questions, and outline our plan moving forward. We will continue to keep you updated over the upcoming days, including a deeper look at the legal arguments supporting our challenge.
